Join our weekly class for improvers, Tuesday evenings

This is a friendly, vibrant class in which we study a wide range of contemporary tango.
If you have attended at least a year of authentic tango classes with reputable teachers, or are currently learning elsewhere, this weekly Tuesday class could be perfect for you. Tuition is pitched at competent early to experienced improvers. It's also ideal for more experienced dancers who want to revise, practise and hone their dancing.
We focus on contemporary salon tango (incorporating some nuevo), and classes are progressive, building week-on-week so that you can develop your skills, repertoire and confidence. We emphasise up-to-date technique, style, musicality, improvisational skills, floorcraft and conceptual understanding of the dance.

Is this the right level for me?
This class assumes at least one year's attendance at authentic tango classes taught by reputable teachers. You'll need the ability to lead/follow entire dances on the social dancefloor and to follow fairly detailed technique-based teaching - but above all this class suits those interested in improving their tango and open to new possibilities.
If you have learned elsewhere for some time, you are likely to encounter some differences in basic technique, approach and style when you first attend our classes - but if you are excited about pushing ahead with your tango and becoming a better dancer, we look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
If you are less experienced, our Beginner, Recent Beginner & Early Improver class would suit you better.
If you have several years' experience of regular tango classes, our Intermediate class could be for you.
